西媒表示，司职中场的卡斯蒂略于2006年5月23日出生，早在两年半前就与马竞签订了他的第一份职业合同。作为青年A队队长，他在本赛季欧青联已打满360分钟，并在对阵巴黎圣日耳曼的比赛中取得个人首球。
卡斯蒂略不仅多次参与一线队训练，更被马竞视为青训营最具潜力的球员之一。然而，皇马已经关注这位小将多月，尽管由于他与马竞的紧密关系，转会可能性较小。卡斯蒂略的合同将于明年6月到期，目前虽已与马竞进行过续约接触，但尚未达成协议。
